• As we approach the second half of 2025 (Into Q4), the market is tentative but optimistically responsive.  If you have a property that can be priced with some support and sensibility, then it should have a solid amount of serious interest and proposals.  We are seeing this in Multifamily and in Retail (strip centers, etc)
  • We do still have quite a bit of chatter about tariffs, inflation, interest rates and investment returns so we are keeping our eyes focused on those concerns along with our finger on the pulse of what’s to come.  We received a 1/4 point rate drop on Sept 17th and were hearing optimism of .50 bps on another cut in the immediate future.
