- Some green shoots are out there. We are seeing flat inflation numbers, a wait and see attitude across investment markets, looser lending and adjusted buyer expectations. We are seeing this in Multifamily and in Retail (strip centers, etc)
- We do still have quite a bit of chatter about tariffs, inflation, interest rates and investment returns so we are keeping our eyes focused on those concerns along with our finger on the pulse of what’s to come. The new Fed Chair, Warsh is in place and there is some mild optimism for Q4 and 2027 Q1.
